We have a bedroom available in our 4 bed 2.5 bath house next to Ikea. The neighborhood, University Square, was newly established in 2005 and is very safe with easy access to Hwy 101. It's about a 20min drive/bike ride from Stanford. We have a 2-car garage, and street parking is always available. The entire house is furnished except for the bedroom, but the previous tenant is willing to sell her bed. My housemates and I are all third year female medical students - pretty quiet, friendly, and respectful :)

Rent is $897/mo + utilities (~$60-90/month). Preferential move-in date is August 15-23 (leaning toward 23rd) and we're looking for someone who would be able to sign a lease that ends in June 30 2015. We prefer female who is a graduate student or professional
