Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house shift operations to keep service fast and food quality high.
- Lead, train, and motivate our crew to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage floor schedules, cash drawer balancing, and basic inventory/prep ordering.
- Bring positive energy and solve real-time operational challenges on the fly.
