It’s a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment in Palo Alto, just a 5-minute bike ride to campus. The location is amazing, with California Avenue right around the corner, featuring cool cafes and restaurants.

Rent: $1,750 + utilities.

You will share the apartment with a male Stanford student.

The place is a rare top-floor corner unit, very quiet. It includes:

a shared living room
one bathroom
a kitchen with a dishwasher and a gas stove/oven
all necessary kitchen and bathroom items (which you’re welcome to share)

There’s also a washer and dryer, and a free parking spot is included.

Hi! Looking for a roommate to take-over a lease as my roommate is moving on for a new job. The room has ensuite bathroom and private access to its own courtyard.
