We are starting to rent an ample and cozy 2B2B apartment (1,150 sqft) at Aug 7th. Since the living room is very spacious and facing the nice balcony, half of it will be used as the third bedroom (almost have the same size as master room). We can discuss who is living where based on your interest and other aspects (e.g. the bathroom likely to be shared between two males or two females, we currently have one male and one female). Long term lease (>6 months) is preferred.

Here are the rent, not including utilities (expect $100~200 for the whole apartment, splitting equally between tenants):
Master room: $1245 (private bathroom)
Small bedroom: $1050 (shared bathroom)
Living room: $900 (shared bathroom)

And following the basic information:

• 10 Mins from Campus
• 1 Min from El camino real
• Walk to Starbucks, Subway, Walgreens and restaurants
• 5 Mins to San Antonio Shopping Center
• Sewer and garbage included.
  *New rooftop works and new painting jobs on the outside walls just accomplished in May and June 2016
