I have two rooms available in a three bedroom house, a 10-minute bike-ride to campus and very close to the Marguerite, Trader Joe's, etc. The house is small though so I'm looking for one person (female preferred) to rent both rooms for $1200 per month starting September 1st.

I'm in my late-twenties and am looking for someone older and mature. I like a clean, quiet house that's good for studying, relaxing, and the occasional dinner party.
