The studio includes a private bathroom and kitchenette. It is fully furnished and includes kitchen equipment (a microwave, hot plate, full-size refrigerator in the adjacent room, pots/pans, dishes, utensils).
The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and well lit. The major cross streets are El Camino Real and Arastradero. Stanford is about 5 miles away, 10 minute by car or 20 minute by bike. Plentiful street parking in front of the house.
Monthly rent is $1600 including wifi, mostly professional cleaning and free use of washer/dryer. Water, electricity, gas utilities are shared, ranging $45-$95 per month per person. First month rent as deposit is due when signing up the lease. Due at move-in is security deposit of $500.00.
