Rent for Suite is $2,300 per month (normally $2,500 per month) and is priced low in exchange for looking after a few plants, bettering your mental health. The suite (see below photo) has an attached sink/bathroom/shower, bed/desk, etc. The house is equipped with a modern kitchen, a washer & dryer & TV with Wi-Fi. The rent includes the Internet but excludes utilities. A single suite is available from the end of September for a minimum of 3 to 6 months' rental, possibly renewable, sometimes shared with the owner when she’s not traveling. Rent is negotiable for reliable/credible tenants with two good references.
