I'm currently renting a furnished room in a condo on the border of Palo Alto and Mountain View but am moving out 4th of July weekend. The lady I live with is looking for a new renter. There is parking and a pool on site. The unit has a washer/dryer and a bathroom that is mostly just used by the renter. Rent is $880/month including utilities and internet. Renter must be cat-friendly.
