Housemates make friends with each other quickly. If you're just moving here and want a community to travel, adventure and hang out with, you're in luck - everyone gets along really well here.

We have a screening process that, if you live here, you'll be a part of. It ensures that all housemates are kind, considerate, clean, respectful people. We're a mix of introverts and extroverts, and while we have events, parties, potlucks and gatherings, there are respected quiet hours, and it's not a party house in the sense that there's not much drinking.

Only about 30% of us are in tech, with a mix of founders, students, marketers and other professionals. The house is drama free and we have many systems in place to stay clean.

Our culture evolves every year, and I do my best to make improvements often.
