Join a group of four girls living in a spacious home off of Middlefield in Palo Alto. We have our master bedroom with a private, ensuite bathroom available either a short or long term rent from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

A little bit about our house: it comes fully furnished with all kitchen items included. We have a lot of common space and a nice backyard with a barbecue and a corn-hole set. We are 12 minutes away from Stanford, 10 from Mountain View, and 15 from Menlo Park. We have a washer-drier and second drinks fridge in our garage shared between the group. Parking is easy and available in the house driveway and right outside the house.

A little bit about the room/rent: the room available is the master bedroom and has a private en ensuite bathroom. If you're looking for short-term housing, you can hold on to the furniture; if long-term we can discuss other options. You will be responsible for $1670/month plus 1/5 of the utilities.

A little bit about us! Three of us are medical students finishing up our research year, and one of us is a Googler. The room's current tenant is moving to SF and works at Instagram. We enjoy being outside, exploring the SF area and wine country, and of course just hanging out at the house. You will have privacy if you choose but we would love to hang out with you as well.
