Palo Alto - Room for rent in January

Hi all,

I'm going to be on travel for slightly more than a month and I was looking to sublet my room in our beautiful 5-bedroom home at 789 Los Robles Ave, Palo Alto (just a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford).

About the house:

• Fully furnished, spacious, with a large backyard
• Shared with 4 awesome housemates (Stanford postdocs & tech engineers)
• Cleaner every two weeks

Rent & costs:

• $1950/month rent
• ~$100 utilities + $30 cleaning

Dates:

• I'm looking for the whole month of January but move in and move out date can be negotiated to include part of December and Februrary if necessary.
