We have a room for rent in our Palo Alto 3BR/2BA apartment starting 1 October, for a single female, preferably a Stanford student or affiliate. You will be sharing the house with two other females, both working, and Stanford alumni. The place is very near Safeway, CVS and Walgreens, and there are many restaurants within walking distance (Subway, etc). It is a 15-min bike to the middle of Stanford University.

The room can come furnished with a simple bed frame, a thick single memory foam mattress, a desk and a chair. It has a big walk-in closet, and and receives plenty of natural sunlight in the day time. You will have access to the kitchen and other common areas, like a swimming pool in the middle of the facility. Coin-operated laundry options are available within the facility as well.

The rent per month will be 1400, with additional utilities (typically 25-35 per month). We are looking for someone who can stay at least till the end of December 2018 (3 months), and long-term (till next May) is definitely welcome! :)
