I am looking for a new roommate to take over the second bedroom in a 2bd/1ba apartment in a great Palo Alto location. I'm a 30-year-old woman working in product at a local tech startup and am looking for a female roommate in her mid 20's to mid 30's. The apartment is available immediately; i'm looking for someone to stay until at least the end of July, and we can also arrange a longer term stay if that's what you prefer. Your rent would be $1300/month with a $1300 security deposit.

-Middlefield Rd and Homer Ave
-Within walking distance to the Palo Alto Caltrain station
-Within walking distance to all the Palo Alto shops/restaurants/bars (3 blocks from University Ave)
-Walking/biking distance to the Stanford campus, which is about 2 miles away
-15 min drive to Google HQ in Mountain View and Facebook HQ in Menlo Park
