the Stanford campus. The open-house is TOMORROW (SUNDAY - August 3, 2014) 2-5pm. We
expect the demand will be high, so make sure you come tomorrow (and

We highly recommend this 1 bedroom apartment unit. It is so close to campus it helped my
research productivity! It has all the characteristics a grad student/ postdoc/ professionals in the Palo Alto/Bay Area
(single or couple) might want:

• Very safe area (College Terrace)
• Sunny + completely remodeled.
• No neighbors above/below, so really quiet and private.
• On-site parking + a huge garage for storage/bikes/etc + in-unit washer&drier.
• Close to Campus (5 min bike ride) and train/buses: Caltrain (5-7
  minutes walk), VTA, Marguerite and Google shuttle stops (1-2 blocks). near 101 and 280 high way.
• Next to California Avenue, with its groceries, restaurants, shops,
  and Sunday Farmers' market.
