This special place is perfect for visiting scholars, postdocs and Stanford students in general. The studio has lots of sunlight and is suitable for only one person. Off street parking for one car is included. An easy bike ride to Stanford. Easy walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and downtown Palo Alto.

The studio apartment is furnished including small kitchen table and chairs, desk, small “therapy” couch, and tall dresser. Landlord will provide a new bed with frame or futon bed if new tenant does not have one. **** The photos are from the landlord taken a few years back. The table, chairs, standing lamp, and small front yard are still intact****

One year lease. No smoking. No pets.
