Description

The study takes approximately 3 hours in total. Participants collaborate on tasks while doing a NIRS scan, and then complete some paper and pencil tasks individually. NIRS is a type of brain-imaging that uses infrared light to look at brain activity. It involves wearing a swim cap with small lights attached to it and has no known side effects. The NIRS portion of the study takes approximately 45 minutes.

Participants receive a $75 Amazon gift card after completing the study to thank them for their time.

We are seeking right-handed individuals between the ages of 18 and 40. If interested, please contact Alexandra Ishak at brainfunction@stanford.edu. Please spread the word to others who may be interested!
