• Living/dining spaces, kitchen, small backyard
• Designated closet/shelving space in shared areas (I retain some storage — details before move-in)

Real character, not polish — comfortable, peaceful, a little imperfect in the way older homes are. Suits people who find that charming, not a problem.

Marley
• Affectionate and easy to live with. Needs food, water, litter care, company; OK alone up to 48 hours. No additional pets.

Who This Is For
• Up to three responsible adults — visiting faculty, grad students, researchers, traveling professionals. More important than profession: conscientious, communicative, comfortable sharing a home with a cat — and with a landlord who lays out expectations clearly rather than leaving things vague.

Guidelines
• No smoking, no recreational drugs, no additional pets. Treat the home with care and flag anything needing attention.
