I am looking for someone to rent the master bedroom in 6 bedroom house in a very nice and quite community in Redwood city. The master room is 600 sqfts on the 2nd floor, with a 100 sqfts bathroom. The house is equipped with:
In unit washer and dryer;
kitchen gears, dish washer and two big fridges;
Fully furnished common area with couch, big TV;
Back and front yards; free street parking.

Accessibility is great. 10 minutes biking to library, park, grocery stores, and EA/Oracle; and 15 minutes biking to caltrain station. Carpool to Stanford is also possible.

Current roommates are professionals in their 20s/early 30s, all easy going, clean, respectful towards other roommates.
The kitchen is free most of the time, and living in the house is totally independent from other roommates, but with social connections around if needed.

Rent is $1590/month, utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet and trash) ~$110/month. Lease is 6 month minimum, and ready to move-in now.
