Whirlpool portable AC Model # ACP102PS2
I've owned it for the past 3 years and have only used it during summertime. Selling cos I'm leaving the country.
It works very well and cools my studio very effectively, so it's good for big rooms and studios.
Has a sleep timer, adjustable temperature, and fan speed.
Comes with remote and handbook.

Pickup form Menlo Park. Will need a bigger car (at least Sedan) for transport.
