Soleus Air evaporative portable air conditioner
Four-season machine with 10,000 BTU air conditioner, 50 pint dehumidifier, heater and 3-speed fan.

I bought it less than 3 years ago for over 500$. Only used a few times on those extremely hot days. It still looks like new.
Selling it for 235$ or best offer, since I am moving to the east coast. I live in EV studio 5.
