Postdoc looking for master bedroon and studio near Stanford Medicine

Hi, I'm a Stanford Medicine Postdoc starting from September 17th. Me and my wife looking for housing:

Location: Melon Park, Oak Creek, Palo Alto downtown, within 3 miles from Stanford Medicine

Housing:
-Master bedroom with private bathroom (Preferred)
-Other bedroom with a non-shared bathroom.
-Studio

Duration: Negotiable. several months to years.

About:
-Me and my wife living together. Accept M/F/Couple roommates.
-We are quiet, friendly, tidy.
-No smoking, drugs, or alcohol.
-No kids.
-No loud music.
-We have no pets, but we accept pets if the roommate has them.
-We respect our roommate's personal space.
