It is fully furnished 4th floor apartment that was built less than a year ago. Quiet neighbors. Nice views. Minimal direct sunlight (windows facing north) which keeps room quite cool. Large closet.

Must rent for at least 7 days; preference given to those renting for full 8 days. Must pay full amount in advance (cash or check). If interested, you can make an appointment to visit my apt. to address questions before signing contract. Apartment will be available completely clean (and expected to be received in same condition). Full set of dishes, silverware, spices, and cleaning materials are also available for use.
