- Quiet but sociable woman in my late 20’s; work as a project manager in tech; hope that we get along and can be friends as well as roommates, I'm still in touch with my roommates in the past as friends

House rules:
- Looking for non-smoker; no smoking indoors
- OK with overnight guests, just keep things clean
- Respectful of noise btwn 10pm - 9am, okay to make sounds, no blasting music
- Limited cooking preferred but not a hard requirement (I don’t cook), please clean up the same day you use dishes
Price:
- $1350 for your private single room and bathroom, you have access to all the communal spaces including our little 2nd floor balcony
- We’ll split utilities evenly by person, so it’s okay if you are a couple, you will just have to pay proportionally more
