A private ADU located within our newer Palo Alto residence will be available beginning October 1. A one-year lease is preferred; however, a minimum of six months will be considered.

• Designed for quiet, private, and comfortable living

Rent & Utilities:

• Monthly Rent: $1,600
• Utilities and Internet: $150 flat fee
• Off-street parking included

Occupancy: Single occupant only (no exceptions)

Household & Amenities:

• Microwave and mini-refrigerator provided
• Tenant may supply and use a personal air fryer
• No kitchen access and no use of the main house’s kitchen
• Laundry room in the main house is available for tenant use
• Respectful, professional household environment

Location: The property is situated in a secure and highly desirable neighborhood in mid-town Palo Alto, within minutes of Stanford University and major employers including Google, Meta, Tesla, Amazon, Apple, LinkedIn, and Nvidia.

(2) Details of rental needs, including desired lease start date (if you won't accept 10/1) and lease duration.
