Kitchenette has full-sized refrigerator, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, and kettle. The apartment is closed off from the main house, and tenant would share onsite laundry.

I am a local schoolteacher looking for a kind and respectful tenant. I keep a regular schedule and typically go to bed early. I am looking for a tenant who can limit noise levels in the late evenings. I have two cats that would not do well with other animals in the house (my pets have no access to the apartment).
