The complex has newly renovated its apartments and was professionally cleaned right before I (female) moved in on 1/1/17. I furnished the common spaces with new furniture, and can furnish your bedroom for you if needed for a negotiable budget. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment and a lot of amenities included, such as a newly renovated gym, pool/grill area, and maintenance staff. High-speed internet is included and we will split utilities (estimated ~$40-60/mo per person).

I moved into this apartment to shorten my commute to a new job in South San Francisco (biotech industry). I'm a recently graduated Stanford PhD student who loves to rock climb (plan to get a membership at Planet Granite Belmont which is only 10 min away!), do puzzles, read, and eat delicious food. It made a lot more financial sense to split a 2bd/2ba, and gave me a lot more flexibility in affording a nice, well-maintained apartment in a great location. I'm a considerate, responsible, and reasonable person, and I hope to find a roommate who is the same!
