Our roommate is leaving for the city, and we're hoping to replace her in our 3 bedroom apartment. Room will be unfurnished.
I and the other remaining roommate are male, former Stanford co '17 in our mid 20s. I work in tech, and he works in an education non-profit. We also have a small, hypoallergenic dog who you are welcome to take on walks.
The apartment is generally neat, and conveniently adjacent to a Safeway. Utilities are split evenly and are ~$80 per individual.
