Very safe area, mostly families.
Each person has a master bedroom (on the 3rd floor) with bathroom attached, and your own balcony!
Your bedroom is unfurnished (but if you need some furniture, my current roommate would love to sell a few pieces before she moves out)!
Please bring your own dishes/kitchen items.

I'm an early-30s female postdoc at Stanford. I spend most of my time working at home or at Stanford and like to come home to a peaceful apartment and sparkling clean kitchen to cook, relax, and rest. I'm looking for another female who is considerate, clean, and very quiet. No smoking, drugs, heavy drinking, parties, or pets allowed in the unit.
