Private bedroom and bathroom in a 2B/2B apartment in College Terrace

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 2B2B apartment in College Terrace, with a move-in date around mid-Feb (flexible). The current lease ends on June 30 with the possibility to renew.

• Right next to Stanford campus

Your housemate will be a female Stanford postdoc in her late 20s. She is friendly, clean and responsible.

Requirements:

• Must be female
• No smoking or drugs

My bed, mattress, side table, lamp and portable washing machine (all pictured) are up for sale, and preference will be given to those who would like to take the room with these included.
