I have a private bedroom and bathroom opening up on Dec 1 in my 2B/2Ba apartment on Middlefield Rd in Palo Alto (about 3 miles from the main quad). The apartment has A/C and heating as well. The kitchen was renovated a few years ago and has a dishwasher as well.
