Looking for roommates!

This is a house for two parties. There are currently two couples living in this 3BR 2BA house in Menlo Park. Each couple has a private room and a private bathroom. One of the couples is moving out and we would like to fill up the room with another individual/couple. The rest of the house, including the 3rd bedroom, is shared space.

About us:
The four of us are young professionals in their late 20s/early30s. Of the couple staying in the house, he is an environmental lawyer and she is a doula and prenatal yoga teacher. The environment in the house is low key and very friendly. The star of the house is Tula, an extremely friendly, cuddly, and gentle French bulldog/Boston Terrier.

About you:
You have to be either a single individual or a couple. We are all very respectful of each others' space. You are expected to be clean and open minded, environmentally conscious, and have a steady income. Sorry, but no pets.

About the house:
3BD/2BA house. It has a private front patio as well as a shared back patio. There's dedicated storage space in the back patio for the tenants. The room with the bed in the pictures is the one becoming available. NOTE: it will not be furnished. Laundry/drier unit in the house. You would have your own bedroom and adherent private bathroom.

Rent and conditions:
$1600/month + utilities (shared). You would not be subletting the room--you would be taking over the terms of the lease, which goes until August 2017.

Desired move-in dates:
As soon as possible.
