I am moving out of my lovely room in our Menlo Park apartment on May 1.
I'm sad to leave this lovely place, but I am relocating to be closer to my new office space.

About the house:

• private bedroom, shared bathroom with one other female roommate
• nice wooden floors and natural light
• 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment

About the people:

• 2 female Stanford grad students in the neuroscience program
• both love dinosaurs, brains, and movie nights
• one roommate is a marathon runner who loves to cook and regularly makes delicious breakfast scones
• the other is a jiu-jitsu practicing social activist who loves crosswords and has recently taken up photography

About the location:

• safe quiet neighborhood, near downtown Menlo Park shops and restaurants
• 10 minute walk to Menlo Park caltrain
• lots of lovely running trails nearby
• 4 blocks to Trader Joe's and Safeway
• 10-15 minute bike ride to Stanford campus

Logistics & Finances:

• $1175 rent, + utilities and wifi (usually about $60 a month)
• street parking
• flexible move in during month of May, lease ends in September

What we're looking for:

• preferably female
• clean, respectful, ability to pay rent on time
