I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 2B2B apartment in College Terrace, with a move-in date around mid-Feb (flexible). The current lease ends on June 30 with the possibility to renew.

Rent: $2075/month + ~$75 utilities (half of total) + ~$20 wifi (half of total).

Your housemate will be a female Stanford postdoc in her late 20s. She is friendly, clean and responsible.

Requirements:

• Must be female
• No smoking or drugs

You will have the option to purchase my bed + mattress (excellent condition, used for >1 year), side table, lamp and portable washing machine (all pictured).
