We are three Stanford grads with an great home that needs a new occupant for the master bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of families and young working professionals, and is close to shopping, restaurants, Highways 280 and 85, and is an easy commute to Stanford, Apple, Facebook, and Google.

The room is 12 x 16 plus a private bathroom and ample closet space. The rest of the house includes an open kitchen and living room, a dining room, office space, laundry room, garage (street parking also available), and private backyard. Rent for this room will be $1,600 plus utilities.

Your housemates work in education and generally lead quiet lives during the weekdays. On weekends we like to go to restaurants together or do other social things (see movies, go bowling, visit farmer's markets, play games, etc). We are clean and respectful of each other's space, property, and privacy and will expect you to be as well. Our ideal roommate is a working professional (20s or 30s) who keeps normal hours and likes dogs, but does not have a dog or cat of their own (we have a dog but cannot take on another pet).

Our timeline for your move in is flexible. Our current 4th housemate is moving out at the beginning of July but will be on on the lease until August 1st, so you would be able to move in anywhere in the month window. Rent for July would be prorated based on when you joined us.
