Currently, the other tenants are two female Stanford grad students (one of them also has a dog), and a Stanford technician.

The arrangement would technically be a sublet until the lease is up in June, after which you would have the opportunity to be on the new lease. Most of the furnishings (except for the desk) shown in the pictures of the bedroom are potentially for sale, and I would dispose of any you didn't want.
