Looking for someone to fill my spot in a 4 bedroom townhouse in Midtown Palo Alto. You'd have your own bedroom, and share a bathroom with 2 other female roommates. The bedroom dimensions are about 11' x 10' (I can give exact dimensions if needed), with a fairly large closet with ample storage. There is also a hallway closet with tons of storage, and a large closet downstairs. Perks: There's a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a dishwasher and a garbage disposal! You'd also have a parking space in the back, as well as full access to a really nice deck with a fire pit, and a rock climbing wall built by one of your future roommates!

You'd be living with 4 really wonderful people, all between 22 - 30 (3F, 1M). There is a married couple in the master, and then 3 single rooms. Current tenants are all working professionals who enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring the Bay Area, and are looking for a like-minded roommate. A young professional, grad/college student, or post-doc would be preferred — we’re looking for someone about the same age. Your potential new roommates are:

K: works in Stanford research
R: married to K, loves rock climbing
E: recent grad, works in Stanford research
J: software engineer

Rent is $1,000/month, utilities not included. Security deposit is one month's rent ($1,000). The lease is month-to-month, and you'd be added to the lease pending a background check.

Please note: The photos were taken before anyone moved in, so the living room and kitchen/dining room area are fully furnished. I can provide more photos if need be. In the photo of the room, it's how I have it set up now -- it's cut off, but I have a fairly large dresser next to my bed. It's a smallish room, but with the right furniture configuration it can fit a queen bed, a desk, and a dresser.
