We have a room open in our spacious house in Palo Alto, and we are looking for a new roommate starting July 1st! We are three young professionals (all female) who enjoy cooking, yoga, hiking, watching Netflix, etc.

Our home is conveniently located in Palo Alto: about a 15 min bike ride from Stanford Campus and walking distance to two grocery stores and the California Street Caltrain station. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with its own in-house washer/dryer. We share a complex with 2 other townhomes and have a big, sunny outdoor patio perfect for gatherings.

The room available is on the smaller side, but large enough to fit a full or queen sized bed with room to spare, has one large window that lets in plenty of light, and a very big closet. The bathroom is shared with two other housemates. Rent is $1000/mo, plus electricity and wifi. And, we get free parking!
All the bedrooms are upstairs, and we have a big common area downstairs with a full kitchen (granite countertops!) with a ton of countertop space and cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils that we all happily share! We currently have 2 full-sized fridges because we go through a lot of produce.
