I am a female Stanford alumni working at IT company. I am looking for a female roommate who is clean, quiet and respectful. We would be sharing a bathroom, living room and kitchen.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet place at Redwood City near highway 280. It is walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, banks, 10-15 min drive (local) to Stanford, 15-20 min drive to tech companies such as Facebook, Oracle, Google, etc.

The apartment is mostly furnished, with washer/dryer inside. Sufficient parking spot in the yard.

Rent is $1350/month per person, utilities included.

No pets, no couples, no parties and no smoking. Preferably no overnight visitors.
