---This is for 3 months from June 5, 2018 through August 31, 2018. The rent is $1,130, which includes internet and all utilities. There might be furniture in the room if my other housemate doesn't take hers when she moves. However, if she does and the room is unfurnished, I can provide a futon and dresser.
You will have your own dedicated parking space directly outside the apartment.
The apartment is centrally located; it is close to the 101 Freeway, San Antonio Cal Train, VTA bus lines 32, 34 and 40, and the free Google Mountain View Shuttle.

BEDROOM: Large, unfurnished, quiet, with its own private patio.

Full access to all common areas in the apt, including: Living room, kitchen, downstairs patio, 1/2- bathroom downstairs, upstairs full bathroom, and washer/dryer in the apartment.

I am a mature, clean, quiet, congenial, nonsmoking female, and I work part-time as an ESL teacher. The other housemate works at at Google.
