• Rent ($870/month) - utilities not included (with utilities, rent is around $950/month) + $2700 deposit (returned upon departure)
• Available September 1 (move-in can be as early as August 27)
• Must be female-identifying
• About the room: spacious room with large closet, carpeted, can come partially furnished depending on your interest/need
• You'd be living with two female working professionals -- very friendly, clean, quiet, and respectful.
• Looking for someone who can take on the lease for at least a year. Alternate timelines are negotiable.
• It is a fully furnished house with a spacious living room and outdoor patio area. All basic kitchen items (microwave/blender/pots and pans) will be available in the apartment.
• Laundry is within apt. building, $4 per load for washer and dryer together
• Located in a very quiet, safe, and convenient residential neighborhood near DT Mountain View
• 30-minute walk to MV Caltrain station (Mountain View Shuttle bus stop just 7-minutes walking distance) & Sunnyvale Station (VTA 53 bus stop just 10 minutes walking distance, heading to Sunnyvale DT, Sunnyvale Caltrain, Whole Foods, Target, etc.)
