We have one private bedroom available August 1 for a clean and responsible human in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Your bathroom has a bath/shower and will be shared with one other person. Listed monthly rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, and renter's insurance. There is a $175 deposit.

Conveniently located halfway between 101 and 280 and close to 85 and 237, we are in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to Caltrain, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, Safeway, CVS and a bunch of other stores and restaurants.

-- Roy: Manager at an innovation lab; likes: cool gadgets, cooking, making stuff, food documentaries
-- Cat: Queer administrator at Stanford and grad student at Simmons; likes: her cats, horror movies, used book stores, pickles
-Buffy: fluffy cat that will notify you when it’s time for her to play
-Giles: long cat that will headbutt you for his daily Greenie treat
