We have one spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom for rent in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. We are looking for female applicants only. (You will share a bathroom with another woman.)

Price:
We're flexible on move-in date. You can take over a sublease in July and/or August from the current tenant, but we prefer that you stay for a year-long lease starting August 31.

From now till 8/31: $1190/month + utilities (around $10 for Internet, $30 for gas and electricity, water included)
After 8/31: price will be discussed with the new contract (has been < 5% YoY increase in the past)

Location:
The apartment is ideally located. It is within walking distance (20 minutes) of downtown Mountain View, the Caltrain, and the VTA light rail. It is a 15-20 minute drive from the main Stanford campus and a 10-15 minute drive to Google’s main campus, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Facebook. There is a shuttle stop for some of these tech companies a 5 minute walk away. The house is a 2 min drive from the US 101 and a 5 minute drive from the US 237.

Roommates:
You will share kitchen and common space with two friendly and clean roommates in their late 20s. One is a woman who works at a tech company, the other is a male Stanford PhD student. Both are Stanford undergrad alums.
