The 2 bedroom apartment is in the Potrero Hill neighborhood. It's a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the 22nd Street CalTrain Station for the 40 minute commute to Stanford. Street parking is ample. Plus it’s just a short hike down into the Mission District. 

The available bedroom is adjacent to and has a door onto the enclosed back yard/patio for quiet relaxing and bike storage as needed. The unfurnished room features a large mirrored closet and two windows (facing south and east). There is also a front deck off the bright sun soaked kitchen with a glorious western facing city view. Washer and dryer are inside the house (pantry). Wifi, gas & electricity are included in the rental price. 

House will be shared with a Stanford full time staff member working in the Office of Development. The space is kept clean, quiet, and a mature sanctuary.
