I am a post-doc at Stanford and I am moving out since I got a job. I am looking for young, professional/student, male to take over my lease for the master bedroom with attached bath in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Mountain View. Move-in time is in the first week of September (After Sep 3). There are total three bedrooms in the apartment. One room is occupied by a male PhD student at Stanford and another room is empty right now. We allow one person per room. The lease ends on December 31, 2018. You have the option to extend the lease month to month after December. The rent is $1345 plus utilities ($75-100/month). Deposit is $300.
