-- No pets, no smoking, and no overnight guests (unless occasionally pre-approved)

Rent and Utilities: Monthly Rent: $1,650, and Utilities and Internet (additional): $150 flat fee
Parking: Ample free off-street parking available
Household & Kitchen: Light cooking permitted in the kitchen
