The neighborhood is University Square, a calm suburban neighborhood built in the 2000s within walking distance of Ikea, Target, Home Depot, and many other shopping/dining options! Also convenient to get to the 101 (about a 3 minute drive). All common areas are already furnished (you would only have to furnish the assigned bedroom and bathroom) and the room is ready to move in immediately! Ideally we would like someone who can move in as soon as possible.

25 year old female who is a Stanford alumnus and just recently moved back to the area from Washington, D.C. She now works at Stanford University. She is committed to keeping a clean home and enjoys cooking. She is very active, but also knows how to relax and enjoy the moment. She likes to wind down with a glass of wine and a good movie or TV show.

25 year old male who is a Stanford alumnus who works at a consulting firm in the Bay Area. He played baseball at Stanford and was drafted by the LA Dodgers in 2014 and has played minor league baseball for the past couple years. He enjoys watching movies, watching/playing sports, playing video games, going out for a drink or two on the weekend, and relaxing with friends.

We are looking for a working professional who is friendly (we don't have to be friends but we do have to get along well as housemates) takes care of common areas (maintaining furniture, appliances, TV in good condition), and is committed to keeping common areas clean and tidy. We're good communicators, laid back, and we like to be drama-free, so we are looking for similar traits in a roommate. We'd like everyone to have a calm, peaceful living environment to come home to after work, as well as a great space to entertain and enjoy on weekends!
