We are renting out a spare furnished bedroom (with attached bathroom) in Sunnyvale very close to 101 freeway.
Rent includes utilities & garbage. Common space includes kitchen, living room, patio, in-house washer & dryer. Pictures attached. We prefer a female roommate who is vegetarian (or atleast no cooking meat in kitchen) and clean, not too noisy.
Plenty of street parking available.

Who we are? We are the home-owners who will be in the other bedroom and work full-time. We appreciate privacy and quiet time between 10pm to 7am.

10 minutes drive to Google Mountain View, 5minutes walk to Apple Campus and 30mins drive to Palo Alto.
