PARKING: 2 parking spaces in a carport, so we rotate, there is plenty of street parking
SMALL DOGS: (20 lbs or less) allowed if they are trained, do not bark, and at least one-year old.
NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS, except if periodically family or friend is coming from out-of-town to visit.
