Location: 5 bedroom home in Cupertino is WALKING distance from apple (10 min), a short 15 min drive to google, a 20 minute drive to stanford, and close to most tech companies in the area. Also walking to HomeStead Square Shopping Center too
The House: The house is newly build townhome with beautiful new hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen with new appliances, and large living room with high ceilings and tons of natural night. There's also a backyard for a barbeque! Common Area All Furnished

Washing machine and Dryer in unit. Street parking right on the block is readily available, and there are also 2 spots available in the driveway.

The rooms: 3 rooms available. Ranging from $1250-$1600 with the option of a private bath or a shared bath. At 1600, the master bath is large with own Jacuzzi and his/her closets.

Roommates: Two young professionals who both work at Apple so far. Looking for other liked mind fun and educated people.

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :) A strong community that fits well together starts with a great culture. It's all about finding people that are a good fit.

Logistics: Sign a short term 2-4 month lease originally to make sure you like it, and will renew will a full year lease assuming all is good (which we expect it to me). Guarantee no rent increase for 2 years. Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens stocked.
