About the space:
It's a good-sized bedroom with a large closet and private bathroom. The room has hardwood flooring and gets a good amount of natural light. The room would be unfurnished. You also get a garage parking spot, though street parking is not a problem.

We share the common spaces- kitchen, living room, and dining room. You get full kitchen access and cabinets to put your stuff. There is a washer and dryer in the garage.

About the roommates:
Currently, both roommates are young professionals (24 yo) that work in the area. We are into climbing, cooking/baking, and hiking. We are social and enjoy going out for drinks, having friends over for dinner, or playing ultimate at the park.

We're ideally looking for someone who would be considerate, like-minded, and would also want to hang out every now and then. The apartment lends itself well to interaction so not the best fit for someone who wants complete seclusion.
